I went to do my nails and 6 days later all the nail polish came off. I called and complained the lady asked me to come she will re do it, I went back and now 4 days later the nail polish came out again! Poor quality of polish is being used and it wasn’t also nicely done. Definitely Not going there again!!
Obvious lack of experience. Not happy with the work. Shellac was done poorly. Not even an hour later, one toe lost its gel. Not happy I paid for work I would’ve done way much better myself…
Owner has a major attitude problem. Rude to customers and always in a bad mood. Don’t go there expecting them to be able to do any type of designs; they cant. Lacking in overall hygiene and can tell he just is miserable at what he does. The girls there are nice and the only saving grace this place has.
Winnie was so sweet and attentive! She was always asking me if I liked the color and style and she also was very skilled and I left very very happy! I’m hoping to bring my niece for next time. I highly recommend this place. Very professional and affordable.
I went 2 times to this place, there is not many options in the area. The 1st time the finish was not perfect but ok. The 2nd time was really BAD! First it was a miss understanding about the time for the appointment and they said it was my fault, then they decided to attend me but really unfriendly and quickly. I had red nail polish before and I ended up with a really bad finish (see in the picture) white nail polish with red spots and a lousy finish. For the feet they didn’t have time, not even to remove the polish. I talked to them about the result and they said nobody can see that! I paid the full price for a terrible service and today I have to find another place to do my nails again! It was a time when clients where treated well.
